LM39300/39301/39302 is a 3A low-voltage low-dropout regulator with a minimum guaranteed output current of 3A and a typical dropout of 500mV (at 3A). It is ideal for 3.0V to 2.5V, 2.5V to 1.8V, or 1.5V conversions. Additionally, it features 1% initial accuracy, low ground current, current limiting and thermal shutdown, reversed-battery protection, reversed-leakage protection, fast transient response, etc.

LM39300/39301/39302 is a 3A low-voltage low-dropout regulator with low dropout voltage and high output current. It is suitable for applications such as PC add-in cards, high-efficiency linear power supplies, and multimedia and PC processor supplies.
