The A29L800A is an 8Mbit Flash memory organized as 1,048,576 bytes of 8 bits or 524,288 words of 16 bits. It operates on a single 3.0V power supply (2.7V to 3.6V) and does not require an additional VPP voltage for in-system programming or erasure.
