The Xinling JY series static voltage relay user manual provides overview, features, specifications, wiring diagrams, installation, and maintenance instructions.
The JY series static voltage relay from Xinling is designed for generator, transformer and transmission line protection, serving as an over‑voltage, low‑voltage or voltage interlock device. It uses a digital rotary switch for easy voltage setting, offers high precision, low power consumption and fast response, and can replace traditional electromagnetic relays without rewiring.
The manual includes the relay’s principle diagram, technical specifications such as voltage adjustment ranges, auxiliary power requirements, power consumption, action and release times, contact capacity, electrical life, insulation resistance and dielectric strength, as well as mechanical drawings, terminal wiring, installation guidelines, and maintenance procedures. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Voltage adjustment range | 1‑99.9 V, 40‑440 V, 1‑100 V |
|---|---|
| Auxiliary voltage | 220 V / 110 V (AC & DC universal) |
| AC power consumption | < 2 VA at rated voltage |
| DC power consumption | < 3 W after actuation |
| Action time (low voltage) | ≤ 30 ms |
| Action time (over voltage) | ≤ 20 ms |
| Return time (low voltage) | ≤ 20 ms |
| Return time (over voltage) | ≤ 30 ms |
| Return coefficient (low voltage) | < 1.05 |
| Return coefficient (over voltage) | 0.9 – 0.95 |
| Electrical life | ≥ 100 000 operations |
| Insulation resistance | ≥ 300 MΩ at 500 V |
It can be set to 1‑99.9 V (step 0.1 V), 40‑440 V (step 1 V) or 1‑100 V (step 1 V).
The relay needs an auxiliary supply of 220 V or 110 V, usable with both AC and DC.
In AC the relay consumes less than 2 VA at rated voltage, and in DC less than 3 W after actuation.
