The Xinling HHD3E series intelligent motor protector user manual provides overview, technical data, wiring diagrams, installation and usage instructions.
The HHD3E series intelligent motor protectors are designed for AC 50 Hz supply circuits up to 380 V and work with contactors to protect motors from phase loss, overload and other abnormal conditions. The device uses Xinling's patented "full‑network phase‑loss protection" technology and a potentiometer‑based current setting method that matches the motor name‑plate current.
The manual includes the main technical specifications, wiring diagrams, step‑by‑step installation and adjustment procedures, safety precautions, ordering information and example application circuits. It also explains how to set the adjustable current, select the appropriate tripping level, and verify protection functions. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Rated supply voltage | AC380V / AC220V 50 Hz |

| DC meter range (factory configuration) | 0–5 A (ATQL), 0–10 A (AQL), 0–50 A (BQL), 0–100 A (CQL), 0–200 A (DQL) |
| Full‑network phase‑loss action time | ≤ 6 s |
| Reset time | ≥ 300 s |
| Relay output type and capacity | AC220 V 3 A; AC380 V 3 A |
| Installation method | Device‑type and DIN‑rail (35 mm) compatible |
Turn the "整定电流" knob until its scale aligns with the motor's rated current marked on the panel.
The protector trips within 6 seconds when any phase is lost.
Wait at least 300 seconds before attempting to restart the motor.
A 69C17 type DC meter with 156 Ω internal resistance and a full‑scale of 1 mA.
