User manual for Xinling Electrical JY and JWY series static voltage relays, covering features, specifications, wiring and maintenance.
The JY and JWY series static voltage relays are designed for protective control of generators, transformers and transmission lines, providing over‑voltage, under‑voltage and voltage‑lockout functions. The relays use a digital dip‑switch for easy voltage setting, have low power consumption, fast operation, and are compatible with the mounting dimensions of traditional electromechanical relays.
The manual includes an overview of the product line, detailed technical specifications, wiring diagrams, installation dimensions, adjustment procedures, and maintenance guidelines. Ordering information and replacement part tables are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Voltage adjustment range | 1‑99.9 V (step 0.1 V), 40‑440 V (step 1 V) |
|---|---|
| Auxiliary voltage | 220 V / 110 V (AC & DC universal) |
| Power consumption | AC < 2 VA (rated), DC < 3 W (after actuation) |
| Action time | Low‑voltage ≤ 30 ms, Over‑voltage ≤ 20 ms |
| Release time | Low‑voltage ≤ 20 ms, Over‑voltage ≤ 30 ms |
| Contact rating | Continuous 5 A, Breaking capacity up to 250 V / 2 A, 50 W inductive load |
| Electrical life | ≥ 100 000 operations |
| Insulation resistance | ≥ 300 MΩ at 500 V |
The relays can be set to 1‑99.9 V with 0.1 V steps or 40‑440 V with 1 V steps.
In AC operation the power consumption is less than 2 VA at rated voltage, and in DC operation it is less than 3 W after the relay actuates.
The contacts can carry a continuous current of 5 A and can break up to 250 V, 2 A with an inductive load of 5 ms, corresponding to 50 W.
Yes, the JY series needs an auxiliary power supply of 110 V or 220 V (AC/DC universal).
