Connect the DVD player to the supplied AC power transformer while the player is turned off; the charging indicator will light up.
Make sure the main AC power cable is securely plugged in, try a different outlet, verify the battery is not depleted, and confirm the car transformer is correctly connected.
Open the battery compartment, remove the protective rubber sheet (first‑time only), insert one CR2025 3 V lithium cell, and close the compartment.
Check the disc for fingerprints or scratches and clean it with a soft, lint‑free cloth from the centre outward.
