Turn off the printer, wait about 10 seconds for the print head to cool, then open the front cover and remove the jammed paper.
Use 57.5 mm wide thermal paper with a thickness of 65 ± 5 µm; recommended brands include TF50KS‑E, AF50KS‑E, F5041C and FD210.
Load paper, close the cover, power the printer, then press and hold the self‑test key for two seconds to print a self‑test page.
