IT6 is a high-precision single-group output programmable DC power supply produced by TAS company, which supports USB/RS232/GPIB communication. It has fast response time, ultra-fast rising edge speed (less than 20ms), SCPI communication protocol, high-visibility vacuum fluorescent VFD display, low ripple and noise, ultra-high precision and resolution of 0.1mV/0.01mA, built-in high-precision five-and-a-half-digit voltmeter and milliohmmeter, remote measurement function, and digital keyboard operation.
