You need a progressive‑scan TV; connect the component video cable and enable progressive‑scan in the TV’s menu, then activate it in the DVD system’s settings.
Connect the left speaker to the “L” terminal and the right speaker to the “R” terminal, ensuring the red (+) and silver (–) wires match the speaker’s polarity.
Check that the disc is readable, clean it if dirty, verify the region code, and ensure the disc is inserted with the readable side down.
