Fuji Electric releases T-type three-level RB-IGBT module

Fuji Electric has developed a new T-type three-level IGBT module that uses reverse-blocking IGBT (RB-IGBT) to clamp the output at the neutral point, reducing conduction loss, switching loss and filter volume.
