This is a motor drive module that can control 6-step hall sensored brushless DC motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors.
The Hitex EDP-AM-MC2 is a 3.3V DC Motor Drive Module based on twin dsPIC33FJ128MC804 devices. It provides Brushless DC (BLDC) motor control using Hall sensors or back EMF sensing, as well as Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) sine wave drive and position control via rotary encoder. The module can also be reconfigured for brushed DC motor speed control.
