This document provides preliminary information on a new product that is currently in development or undergoing evaluation. Details are subject to change. This is a 1 GHz low noise operational amplifier with a bandwidth of 1 GHz, a slew rate of 1800 V/μs, an input noise of 1.3 nV/√ Hz, distortion of -78 dBc, and a 100 Ω load optimized output stage.
The RHF330 is a current feedback operational amplifier utilizing very high-speed complementary technology to achieve a bandwidth of 1 GHz with a gain of 2. It draws only 16.6 mA of quiescent current and offers 0.1 dB gain flatness up to 160 MHz. The device features an output stage optimized for standard 100 Ω loads, making it suitable for applications requiring speed and low distortion.
