Frequently asked questions

How many cells can the Sprint ESC handle?

The speed control is designed to run on 6 to 7 cells only (8.4 volts total). Using more than 7 cells may damage the speed control and void the warranty.

What capacitors are needed for motors without built-in ones?

You should install two 0.1µF, 50V, non-polarized ceramic capacitors between the positive motor brush tab and ground, and the negative motor brush tab and ground.
