About this manual

The REF19x series consists of precision band gap voltage references utilizing a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser-trimmed thin-film resistors. These devices are designed for micropower, low dropout (LDV) applications, capable of providing stable output voltages from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output voltage while consuming less than 45 μA of supply current.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum supply current for the REF19x series?

The maximum supply current is less than 45 μA.

How does the sleep mode function work?

Sleep mode is enabled by applying a low TTL or CMOS level to the SLEEP pin, which turns off the output and reduces supply current.

What packages are available for all electrical grades?

All electrical grades are available in an 8-lead SOIC package.
