SI IC41C4400x IC41LV4400x Series handbook

The IC41C4400x and IC41LV4400x series are 4Mx4 bit dynamic RAMs with EDO page mode and industrial grade parts. They have TTL compatible inputs and outputs, with refresh intervals of 2,048 cycles/32 ms or 4,096 cycles/64 ms. They support RAS-Only, CAS-before-RAS (CBR), and Hidden refresh modes, making them ideal for high-bandwidth graphics, digital signal processing, high-performance computing systems, and peripheral applications.
