The UCC3808 is a low power, high performance, dual output current mode pulse width modulator. The device contains all of the control and drive circuitry required for off-line or DC-to-DC fixed frequency current-mode switching power supplies with minimal external parts count.
This document is a datasheet for the Unitrode UCC1808-1/-2, UCC2808-1/-2, and UCC3808-1/-2 family of BiCMOS push-pull, high-speed, low power pulse width modulators. These devices contain all control and drive circuitry required for off-line or DC-to-DC fixed frequency current-mode switching power supplies with minimal external parts.
