UCC3926 is an integrated circuit for measuring current, it has an internal non-inductive current sensing element and amplifier, can measure up to 20A of current.

UCC5618 is a 18-line SCSI terminator produced by Unitrode. It supports SCSI, SCSI-2, SCSI-3, SPI and FAST-20 standards. It has a power supply current of only 50µA when disconnected, and a channel capacitance of 2pF.

The UC5601 is an active terminator that complies with the SCSI and SCSI-2 standards. UCC5617 is a SCSI (Small Computers Systems Interface) parallel bus 18-line active terminator produced by Unitrode. This terminator is pin-compatible with UC5609, and is ideal for high-performance 5V SCSI systems with an input voltage of 4.0-5.25V. The supply current is only 50mA during disconnection, making the IC attractive for lower powered systems. The UCC5617 is designed with a low channel capacitance of 2pF, which eliminates the effects of disconnected terminators at intermediate points on the bus on signal integrity. When all termination lines are actively negated, the power amplifier output stage of the UCC5617 can source full termination current and sink active negation current. Like all Unitrode terminators, the UCC5617 is completely hot pluggable and appears as high impedance at the terminating channels with TRMPWR = 0V or open. Internal circuit trimming is used to first trim the 110 impedance, and then most importantly, to trim the output current as close to the maximum SCSI-3 specification as possible, which maximizes noise margin in fast SCSI operation. This device is offered in low thermal resistance versions of the industry standard 28-pin wide body SOIC.

The UC5602 is a 18-line active termination device for SCSI (Small Computer Systems Interface) parallel bus. It meets SCSI and SCSI-2 standards. It has 10pF channel capacitance, logic command disconnects all termination lines, low supply current, trimmed regulator for accurate termination current, current limit and thermal shutdown protection, 110 Ohm termination and meets SCSI hot plugging.

The UC5601 is an active terminator that complies with SCSI and SCSI-2 standards. It has a channel capacitance of 10pF during disconnect and features low power consumption, logic command disconnect of termination lines, and accurate termination current.

The UCC3581 is a low-power voltage mode pulse width modulator designed to control low-power isolated DC-DC converters. It features low startup and operating current, and can drive power MOSFETs at frequencies up to 100kHz. The device includes programmable soft start circuitry, overcurrent detection, and a linear preregulator, making it suitable for single switch forward and flyback converters.

The UC1825 family of PWM control ICs is optimized for high frequency switched mode power supply applications. Particular care was given to minimizing propagation delays through the comparators and logic circuitry while maximizing bandwidth and slew rate of the error amplifier. This controller is designed for use in either current-mode or voltage mode systems with the capability for input voltage feed-forward. Protection circuitry includes a current limit comparator with a 1V threshold, a TTL compatible shutdown port, and a soft start pin which will double as a maximum duty cycle clamp. The logic is fully latched to provide jitter free operation and prohibit multiple pulses at an output. An under-voltage lockout section with 800mV of hysteresis assures low start up current. The UCC3807 family of high speed, low power integrated circuits contains all of the control and drive circuitry required for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed frequency current mode switching power supplies with minimal external parts count. These devices are similar to the UCC3800 family, but with the added fea- ture of a user programmable maximum duty cycle. Oscillator frequency and maximum duty cycle are programmed with two resistors and a capacitor. The UCC3807 family also features internal full cycle soft start and internal leading edge blanking of the current sense input. The UCC3807 family offers a variety of package options, temperature range options, and choice of critical voltage levels. The family has UVLO thresholds and hysteresis levels for off-line and battery powered systems. Thresholds are shown in the table below.
