The FAN5236 is a dual mobile-friendly DDR / dual-output PWM controller. It features a highly flexible dual synchronous switching PWM controller with DDR mode and 90° phase-shifted two-stage DDR mode for reduced channel interference and input ripple. It also has a complete DDR memory power solution, supports DDR-II and HSTL, and maximizes efficiency.
The FAN5236 is a dual synchronous switching PWM controller designed to provide high efficiency and regulation for two output voltages adjustable between 0.9V and 5.5V. It is intended for powering I/O, chip-sets, and memory banks in high-performance notebook computers, PDAs, and Internet appliances. The device supports both DDR memory power solutions and dual independent regulator configurations.
