The IR2125Z is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with over-current limiting protection circuitry. The product has the following features: floating channel design, which enables bootstrap operation; fully operational to +400V; tolerance to negative transient voltage; dV/dt immunity; gate drive supply range from 12 to 18V; undervoltage lockout; current detection and limiting loop to limit driven power transistor current; fault lead indicates fault conditions and programmes shutdown time; output in phase with input.
