R1245x series 1.2A, 30V step down DC/DC converter
The R1245x series are current mode operating type DC/DC converters designed to provide fast response and high efficiency. These ICs consist of an oscillator, PVVM control circuit, voltage reference unit, error amplifier, phase compensation circuit, slope compensation circuit, soft-start circuit, protection circuits, an internal voltage regulator, and a switch for the bootstrap circuit.
The series supports adjustable output voltages of 0.8V or more with external resistors and offers multiple oscillator frequency options ranging from 330kHz to 2400kHz depending on the version. Built-in protections include Lx peak current limit, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and short-circuit protection via latch or fold-back functions.

The R1245 series is available in HSOP-8E, DFN(PLP)2020-8, and SOT23-6W packages.
Ceramic type capacitors are recommended for use with the R1245X series.
The soft-start time is 4ms when Vre=0.72V.
