CALIFORNIA MICRO DEVICES 300mA SmartOR Regulator with V Drive CMPWR130 Manual

CMPWR130 is a low dropout regulator from California Micro Devices Corp. It delivers up to 300mA of load current at a fixed 3.3V output. When the input voltage drops below the threshold, the device will automatically turn off and power the load from an auxiliary 3.3V supply through an external PMOS switch.
