The R1510S Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator (LDO) ICs with a voltage detector (VD) that can provide 300mA of output current.
The Ricoh R1510S Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator (LDO) ICs equipped with a voltage detector that can provide up to 300mA of output current. Each IC supports an operating voltage range of up to 36V and includes an ECO function that switches between low-power consumption mode and high-speed transient response modes based on load conditions.
The series is available in four versions (A, B, C, D) selectable by the user, offering different configurations for chip enable, sense detection, release delay circuits, and detector types. The ICs are housed in an HSOP-8E package and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C.
| Supply Current (Typ.) | 110uA (High Speed Mode) |
|---|---|
| Supply Current (Low-power Consumption Mode) | Typ. 12.5uA |
| Input Voltage Range | Max. 36.0V |
| Output Voltage Range | 2.5V to 12.0V (0.1V steps) |
| Dropout Voltage | Typ. 1.0V (lout=300mA, Vout=5V) |
| Output Voltage Accuracy | +/-1.6% |
| Operating Temperature Range | -40°C to 110°C |
| Package Type | HSOP-8E |
The ICs can provide a maximum of 300mA of output current.
The IC switches to high-speed mode when lout=12mMA (Typ.) and returns to low-power mode when lout=3mA (Typ.).
The series is selectable from A version (CE, Vin Detector), B version (SENSE Detector), C version (Release Delay Circuit, Vin Detector), and D version (Release Delay Circuit, Vour Detector).
