This document provides technical data for the KEC BCV71/72 and BCW71/72 series of epitaxial planar NPN transistors. These devices are super mini packaged transistors designed for hybrid circuits and are intended for use as low-level audio amplifiers and switching components. They are compatible with PNP types BCW69/70/89.
