EasiCal PS-1 pre-prepared standards can be used to calibrate Agilent PLgel 10 µm MIXED-B columns. All of the standards are resolved as the column exhibits a linear calibration over the full range of molecular weight covered.
The Agilent EasiCal system features detachable spatulas holding polymer standards that dissolve rapidly in eluent to provide calibration solutions. The PS-1 version covers a molecular weight range of 580 to 7,500,000, while the PS-2 version covers 580 to 400,000. These kits are designed to make column calibration easy and convenient for any GPC system or column.
