The MLE Series is a family of Transient Voltage Suppression devices based on Littelfuse's multilayer fabrication technology. These devices are designed to suppress ESD events and protect integrated circuits and other components at the circuit board level. They have capacitance characteristics suitable for high frequency attenuation/low-pass filter circuit functions, providing suppression and filtering in a single device. Manufactured from semiconducting ceramics, they are supplied in a leadless surface mount package. They are compatible with modern reflow and wave soldering procedures.
The Littelfuse MLE Series consists of multilayer transient voltage suppressor devices based on semiconductor ceramic technology. These leadless surface mount varistors are designed to suppress electrostatic discharge (ESD) events, including those specified in IEC 61000-4-2, and provide high-frequency attenuation for filtering applications. The series is compatible with modern reflow and wave soldering procedures.
