This datasheet introduces the UCC27221 and UCC27222 synchronous buck drivers products. This product can be used in low output voltage high efficiency DC-DC converter designs. Using Predictive Gate Drive (PGD) control technology, it can reduce the conduction and reverse recovery losses of the synchronous rectifier MOSFETs.
