About this manual

The AD52XX series devices are 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converters designed for high accuracy. They utilize a hybrid design with monolithic digital chips and active laser trimming of high-stability thin-film resistors to provide totally adjustment-free performance without potentiometers.

These converters offer true 12-bit operation with guaranteed no missing codes over the specified temperature range. The series is available in two input voltage ranges, +/-5V and +/-10V, and includes options for internal or external references. Devices are offered in 'B' grade (-25°C to +85°C) and 'T' grade (-55°C to +125°C) performance specifications.
