25AA256/25LC256 is a 256k-bit Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) produced by Microchip Technology Inc.
This document describes the Microchip Technology 25AA256/25LC256, which are 256k-bit Serial Electrically Erasable PROMs. The memory is accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus requiring clock input (SCK), data in (SI), and data out (SO) lines.
