This document provides instructions for the use of the Agilent Brilliant II SYBR Green QRT-PCR Master Mix with ROX, 1-Step kit. The kit is designed for quantitative reverse transcription PCR (QRT-PCR) to analyze gene expression in a single tube and buffer. It includes two formulations: a High ROX master mix (500 nM final concentration) compatible with ABI PRISM systems, and a Low ROX master mix (30 nM final concentration) compatible with Stratagene Mx and ABI 7500 systems.

The kit is ideal for amplifying targets that are up to 300 base pairs long.
