AME AME8500/8501 handbook

The AME8500 / 8501 µµµµµProcessor Supervisory is a low power µP supply monitor that offers a wide range of reset voltage thresholds, reset time intervals, and output driver configuration options to meet a variety of application requirements. The device is available in SOT-23 and SOT-89 small packages and features a wide temperature range of -40oC to 85oC and a low temperature coefficient of 100ppm/oC(max). In addition, the AME8501 includes an overtemperature shutdown function.
