AME8500 / 8501 µµµµµProcessor Supervisory is a microprocessor supervisor that automatically resets the CPU when the power supply voltage drops below the threshold. It features a wide range of voltage thresholds, reset time intervals, and output driver configurations, and has extremely low quiescent current. The device also includes a thermal shutdown function that shuts down the system when the ambient temperature exceeds 80°C.
