81CXXX/81NXXX CMOS IC is a high performance voltage detector manufactured by Unisonic Technologies Co., Ltd. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, low power consumption and built-in delay circuit. It does not need peripheral circuit and can achieve high density installation. The detection voltage accuracy is extremely high and the temperature drift is very small. CMOS and N-channel open drain output are available.
