Allegro A1180/81/82/82 handbook

The A1180, A1181, A1182, and A1183 devices are sensitive, two-wire, unipolar, Hall effect switches. They feature on-chip protection, supply transient protection, reverse-battery protection, an on-board voltage regulator, and operate in the voltage range of 3.5V to 24V. They utilize chopper stabilization, exhibit low switchpoint drift over the operating temperature range, and have low stress sensitivity. They can be field-programmed to optimize switchpoints.
