This document describes the ST90E30, ST90E31, ST90T30, and ST90T31 (collectively referred to as ST90E3X), which are 8K EPROM HCMOS microcontrollers produced by SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics. These devices utilize a proprietary n-well HCMOS process and are designed for use in windowed ceramic or plastic OTP packages.
The device features an 8 channel Analog to Digital Converter with a fast 11us conversion time.
The converter provides 8 bit plus 1/2 LSB resolution for analog inputs.
The full function Serial Communication Interface supports a baud rate generator up to 375000.
