BD7700GU is a maximum of 300mA LED flash (three-channel total) driver IC. Flash mode and torch mode are controllable by two external control signals. The flash mode timer ability for a maximum of 1s is carried, and management of flash lighting time is easy and safe.
The BD7700GU is a charge‑pump LED driver IC designed for mobile‑phone camera flash, torch and status‑indication functions. It supports three independent high‑side current drivers and can deliver up to 300 mA total flash current while providing over‑voltage, over‑current, UVLO and thermal shutdown protection.
Key features include current regulation, up to 80 % efficiency, a small CSP package, and programmable LED currents via an external resistor. The device operates from a 2.7‑5.5 V battery supply and works over a temperature range of –30 °C to +85 °C.
| Maximum total flash current | 300 mA |
|---|---|
| Maximum flash current per channel | 100 mA |
| Maximum torch current per channel | 20 mA |
| Maximum indicate current per channel | 1 mA |
| Efficiency | up to 80 % |
| Battery supply voltage range | 2.7 V – 5.5 V |
| Operating temperature range | -30 °C – +85 °C |
| Over‑voltage protection limit | 5.5 V |
| UVLO threshold | 1.8 V – 2.2 V |
| Thermal shutdown temperature | 175 °C |
| Package type | CSP (small thin package) |
