Analog Devices SW06 Quad SPST JFET Analog Switch Datasheet

The SW06 is a four channel single-pole, single-throw analog switch with two normally open and two normally closed SPST switches with disable switches. It can be easily configured as a dual SPDT or a DPDT switch. The switch has a high static discharge destruction resistance and higher radiation resistance than analog switches designed with MOS devices.

About this manual

The SW06 is a four‑channel single‑pole, single‑throw (SPST) analog switch that uses bipolar and ion‑implanted JFET devices. It offers two normally‑open and two normally‑closed switches with disable pins, and can be configured as dual SPDT or DPDT. The device is designed for high static‑discharge resistance and radiation hardness, making it suitable for demanding applications.

The datasheet provides extensive electrical characteristics, including on‑resistance, leakage currents, supply currents, temperature ranges, and typical performance curves. Ordering information, package options, and application notes are also included to aid designers in selecting the appropriate variant for their circuits. This manual is written in Chinese.
