About this manual

The EL5144 series amplifiers are single‑supply, rail‑to‑rail voltage‑feedback devices that operate from a +5 V supply. They provide unity‑gain stability with a 100 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and feature a large input common‑mode range extending to within 1.5 V of the positive rail. The series includes power‑saving enable/disable functionality for the EL5146 and EL5246 devices, allowing a supply current as low as 2.6 µA.

These amplifiers are offered in a variety of compact packages, including 5‑pin SOT‑23, 8‑ and 10‑pin MSOP, 16‑pin QSOP, as well as standard SO and PDIP footprints. They are RoHS‑compliant and operate over an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C, making them suitable for video, communications, multiplexing and portable computer applications.
