Sony ICX039DLB CCD Image Sensor Datasheet

The ICX039DLB is a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) CCD image sensor suitable for CCIR black-and-white video cameras. It offers improved characteristics compared to the ICX039BLB, including low smear, high sensitivity, high dynamic range, high signal-to-noise ratio, and low dark current. The adoption of HAD sensors enables high sensitivity and low dark current. The chip features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time. The original package design allows for miniaturization. The ICX039DLB is compatible with and can replace the ICX039BLB.
