About this manual

The DTC143X series from ROHM are NPN digital transistors that integrate a bias resistor, allowing inverter or driver circuits to be built without external resistors. The devices are lead‑free and RoHS compliant and are offered in several surface‑mount packages such as SOT‑416, SOT‑323, and SOT‑346.

Key specifications include a maximum collector‑emitter voltage of 50 V, a continuous output current of 100 mA, and built‑in thin‑film bias resistors of 4.7 kΩ or 10 kΩ. Electrical characteristic curves, absolute maximum ratings, and detailed mechanical dimensions for each package are provided in the sheet.
