ROHM DTC023JM/DTC023JEB/DTC023JUB Digital Transistor Data Sheet

DTC023JM / DTC023JEB / DTC023JUB is a 100mA/50V digital transistor with the following features: 1. An inverter circuit can be configured without connecting external input resistors. 2. The bias resistors are thin-film resistors with complete isolation that allow negative biasing of the input. 3. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.

About this manual

The DTC023 series are NPN epitaxial planar silicon transistors that incorporate thin‑film bias resistors, allowing inverter circuits without external resistors. Built‑in resistors provide isolation for negative biasing and reduce parasitic effects.

Typical applications include inverters, interfaces and driver circuits. The devices are supplied in a Taping package (codes T2L, TL) with ordering quantities of 8,000 for DTC023JM and 3,000 each for DTC023JEB and DTC023JUB. Electrical characteristics such as supply voltage, current ratings and transition frequency are detailed in the sheet.
