ROHM DTA043ZM handbook

The DTA043Z series is a PNP type digital transistor from ROHM, which has built-in bias resistors to realize inverter circuits without connecting external input resistors. The transistor also features completely isolated thin-film resistors for negative biasing inputs and the elimination of parasitic effects.
