ROHM DTA114TUB Manual

This document is a datasheet for the DTA114T series PNP digital transistors produced by ROHM. The transistors feature built-in bias resistors, which allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, enabling negative biasing of the input and eliminating parasitic effects. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy.
