About this manual

The DTA113Z series are PNP digital transistors with built‑in bias resistors, enabling simple inverter and switching circuits without external bias components. Features include thin‑film bias resistors with complete isolation, lead‑free/RoHS compliance, and complementary NPN types (DTC113ZUA/DTC113ZKA).\n\nThe datasheet contains absolute maximum ratings, detailed electrical characteristics, characteristic curves, package options (SOT‑346, SOT‑416, SOT‑323), dimension tables for each package, and a legal notice. It also lists typical applications such as switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits.
