M29F002T, M29F002B, M29F002NT is a 2 Mbit (256Kb x8, Boot Block) single supply flash memory with a 5V ± 10% supply voltage. Read and write time is 70ns and 10µs respectively. It supports erase, protection, temporary unprotection, freeze and resume. It supports 100,000 erase cycles and data can be retained for 20 years
