SLLS562C is a half-duplex transceiver designed for RS-485 data bus networks by TI company. This transceiver has low quiescent power, 1/8 unit load, industrial standard SN75176 footprint, failsafe receiver, etc. It is suitable for energy meter networks, motor control, power inverters, industrial automation, building automation networks, battery-powered applications, telecommunications equipment and other application scenarios
The SN65HVD3082E, SN75HVD3082E, SN65HVD3085E and SN65HVD3088E are half‑duplex RS‑485 transceiver devices designed for robust data‑bus communication. They operate from a 5 V supply, meet TIA/EIA‑485A standards, and feature low quiescent power (0.3 mA active, 1 nA shutdown) with up to 15 kV ESD protection on bus pins.
These devices support a range of signaling rates—up to 200 kbps for the 3082E parts, 1 Mbps for the 3085E, and 20 Mbps for the 3088E—making them suitable for energy‑meter networks, motor control, industrial automation, and telecom applications. They are available in Small MSOP‑8 and DGK packages and operate from –40 °C to 85 °C (SN65HVD308xE) or 0 °C to 70 °C (SN75HVD3082E).
