OXFORD SEMICONDUCTOR - Advanced IGBT/MOSFET Driver handbook

This document introduces the OXCF950 series products from Oxford Semiconductor, which is a single-channel full-duplex asynchronous communication chip. It has a 128-byte deep transmitter/receiver FIFO and is fully compatible with industry standard 16C550 type UARTs. It supports multiple data framing formats, readable FIFO levels, and automated in-band flow control. The product features low power consumption, extended temperature range, and various packaging options.
