This datasheet provides a detailed description of the features and characteristics of the X9119 Single Digitally-Controlled (XDCP ™) Potentiometer.
The X9119 is a single digitally‑controlled potentiometer (XDCP) that integrates a 1024‑tap resistor array with a 10‑bit resolution. It features a 2‑wire serial interface for reading, writing and transferring wiper positions, four non‑volatile data registers, and power‑on recall of the wiper setting.
Typical applications include programmable voltage references, gain control in amplifiers, volume control, sensor conditioning and other circuits requiring precise resistance adjustment. The device operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, draws less than 3 µA in standby, and is supplied in a 14‑lead TSSOP or 15‑lead XBGA package.
