The TPS23754 family combines a Power over Ethernet (PoE) powered‑device interface with a current‑mode DC/DC controller optimized for isolated converters. The devices support IEEE 802.3at (draft) classification, adapter ORing, and programmable frequency synchronization, making them suitable for high‑power PoE applications such as video phones, RFID readers, access points and security cameras.
Key features include up to 30 W input power, a wide operating temperature range of –40 °C to 125 °C, programmable dead‑time and duty‑cycle up to 78 %, and a PowerPAD™ TSSOP‑20 package. Electrical specifications cover input voltage ranges, switching frequency, and protection mechanisms such as ESD and over‑temperature shutdown.
