This document introduces the TLV245x series of low-power switches. The main features are low supply current, high switching frequency, high output drive capability, and full voltage range input and output. It is suitable for portable medical equipment, patient monitoring systems and data acquisition circuits.
The TLV245x family provides rail‑to‑rail input and output operational amplifiers with ultra‑low supply current and a shutdown mode, suitable for portable medical equipment, patient monitoring and data‑acquisition circuits. The devices operate from 2.7 V to 6 V single supply and are available in several small‑outline packages.
Key features include a 220 kHz gain‑bandwidth product, +10 mA output drive capability, 20 µV typical input offset voltage, and a shutdown current as low as 16 nA per channel. Detailed electrical characteristics are given for both 3 V and 5 V supply conditions, along with mechanical drawings and absolute‑maximum ratings.
| Supply current per channel | 23 µA |
|---|---|
| Gain‑bandwidth product | 220 kHz |
| Output drive capability | +10 mA |
| Input offset voltage (typ) | 20 µV |
| Power‑supply rejection ratio | 106 dB |
| Shutdown current per channel | 16 nA |
The shutdown current is 16 nA per channel.
It operates from 2.7 V to 6 V single supply.
Available in 5‑ or 6‑pin SOT‑23 and 8‑ or 10‑pin MSOP packages.
The device can source up to +10 mA.
