NEC PS7360-1A / PS7360L-1A Solid State Relay Data Sheet

PS7360-1A and PS7360L-1A are solid state relays containing GaAs LEDs on the light emitting side (input side) and MOS FETs on the output side. They are suitable for analog signal control because of their low offset and high linearity. The PS7360L-1A has a surface mount type lead.

About this manual

The NEC PS7360-1A and PS7360L-1A are solid‑state relays that use a GaAs LED on the input side and a MOSFET on the output side. They are designed for analog signal control with low offset voltage and high linearity, and are offered in a 6‑pin DIP package (PS7360-1A) or a surface‑mount version (PS7360L-1A).

The data sheet provides absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical characteristics, typical performance curves, and ordering information, along with safety and disposal guidelines for the GaAs material used in the devices.
